HTA 1007 H
Kit including aluminium headform with adjustable support, drop carriage, contact detector, and two strikers for SNELL/DOT/AS helmet penetration testing. Compatible with MAU 1002/2W and 1001/2W.
Technical data sheet :
- 3 kg drop carriage made of Ergal 75 plates, equipped with a conical striker (60° angle, 0.5 mm rounded tip or custom sizes according to different standards). Other geometries available ( JIS , ASTM , ISEA , CSA …… )
- Headform holder sliding on two thick steel arches to ensure high rigidity and all possible headform/helmet orientation.
- Steel pivot for headform support, featuring a dedicated only vertical fixing point for aluminium headforms.
- Electronic device to record contact between the striker and the headform via a flip-flop circuit board.
- Contact detection via acoustic and visual signals, equipped with a reset button.
- Different configurations available to comply with various international standards.
