Material: Headforms manufactured using high-strength two-component polyurethane resin.
- Manufacturing: Moulds for casting produced by CNC machining.
- Machining: Internal metal insert (a closed pipe) with a machined base disc, providing high resistance and enabling attachment to any standard mounting system.
- Mounting: Integrated M14 thread in the centre of the base for secure fixing to a stand.
- Weight Adjustment: Internal chamber (sealed with a grub screw) to adjust headform weight by adding lead or sand, specifically designed for ECE and other EN chin-strap tests.
- Applications: Headforms can be used for static tests (size, impact point, etc.) and for mechanical testing, such as chin-strap and roll-off tests according to EN, BS, and other regulations.
- Reference: Reference line, midsagittal plane, and longitudinal plane engraved directly on the surface.
- Finishing: Dark matt grey painted finish.
- Available Sizes (ISO DIS 6220 /EN 960 1996): Circumferences of 50, 52, 54, 56, 57, 58, 60, 62, and 64 cm
- Available Sizes (EN 960 2006): Circumferences of 455, 495, 505, 515, 525, 535, 545, 555, 565, 575, 585, 595, 605, 615, 625, 635, and 645 mm.
