Standard: Magnesium alloy cut headforms compliant with the ISO DIS 6220 standard.
- Available Sizes: A 50, E 54, J 57, M 60, O 62.
- Manufacturing: Moulds produced by CNC machining; surface polishing and finishing fully CNC machined.
- Tolerance: Dimensional tolerance under 1%.
- Material: Headforms cast using magnesium alloy AZ91 ingots, with a density of 1.8 kg/L, according to ISO DIS 6220 specifications.
- Machining: Headforms are machined internally to provide the mounting location for the 2.75” ball joint and an M8 thread.
- Weight: Standard weight is approximately 3.35 kg, designed to be used with a twin-wire drop carriage of 1.65 kg (total mass with carriage: 5 kg).
- Accessories: Small-size headforms can be supplied, upon request, with a special low-mass Ergal 75 clamp, as standard clamps may not fit these small headforms. This clamp can also be used with the other sizes.
