Standard: Full magnesium alloy and PU resin headforms manufactured according to EN 17950.
- Material (Sizes 530 to 630): Headforms cast using magnesium alloy AZ91 ingot, with a density of 1.78 kg/L for sizes 530, 570, 610, and 630.
- Material (Sizes 470 and 490): Headforms cast in moulds using PU resin SG 2000 for sizes 470 and 490.
- Finishing: Surface entirely CNC machined for Mg cast models, and finished directly from the mould for PU resin models.
- Coating: Surface finishing with a special coating to achieve the required friction values.
- Specifications: MOI and COG compliant with EN 17950 requirements, verified using an inertial torsional balance.
- Tolerance: Dimensional tolerance under 0.5%.
- Weight: Standard weights per size, including the 6-axis accelerometer adapter with batteries and electronics, are as follows:
- Size 470: 2.29 kg
- Size 490: 2.64 kg
- Size 530: 3.39 kg
- Size 570: 4.23 kg
- Size 610: 5.11 kg
- Size 630: 5.55 kg
