Standard: Magnesium alloy cut headforms compliant with ISO DIS 6220, AS 2512, Snell M 2010–2025, FIA 8860 , and TCVN standards.
- Available Sizes: AA, A, C, E, J, M, O.
- Material: Headforms cast using magnesium alloy AZ91 ingots, with a density of 1.8 kg/L, according to ISO DIS 6220 specifications.
- Machining: Headforms are machined internally to provide the mounting location for the 2.75” ball joint and an M8 thread for clamp attachment.
- Finishing: Surface finishing entirely CNC machined.
- Tolerance: Dimensional tolerance under 1%.
- Weight: Standard weights are as follows:
- Size AA: 1.35 kg
- Size A: 1.5 kg
- Size C: 1.85 kg
- Size E: 2.1 kg
- Size J: 3.1 kg
- Size M: 4.0 kg
- Size O: 4.5 kg
- Specifications: Weights are calibrated to reach the total mass required by the standard when using a 1.6 kg standard twin-wire drop carriage.
